It is a yacht with APA(Advance Provisioning Allowance) applied!

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a prepayment system generally applied for luxury yachts and motor yachts. This payment is used to cover expenses during the tour and usually accounts for 30% of the total rental fee.

Why should you make the APA payment? Because the rental price of the yachts included in this category does not include the expenses related to the yacht. Before boarding the yacht and during the tour, all expenses such as diesel, petrol, port fees, taxes, customs fees, meals and beverages are covered by the captain. Before leaving the yacht at the end of the tour, an additional payment may be requested by the captain if the expenses incurred cannot be covered by the supply allowance. Likewise, in case of overpayment, the remaining balance will be refunded to the guests.

Food and drink

We offer full board accommodation for your yacht charter. You can choose between standard, luxury or deluxe menus and pay between 55 and 85 euros per person per day.
You can supply your alcoholic beverages or place an order with us.
All service is utilized by the boat staff.

Rental Periods

Most of the gulets are chartered WEEKLY from Saturday to Saturday, especially during the high season (June-July-August-September). Smaller and lower capacity gulets can be chartered for shorter periods. Low Season is in May and October, rentals can be made for any period.
The boarding time on Saturday is 16:00, the following Saturday is the time to leave the boat at 10:00.

Cancellation Conditions

In cancellations made 90 days or more before the date of entry to the boat, 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted from the paid deposit fee and the remaining amount will be returned to you.
For cancellations made between 89 and 30 days before the date of entry to the boat, 40% of the total tour cost will be deducted from the paid deposit fee and the remaining amount will be returned to you.
For cancellations made within 29 days before the boat entry date, the entire tour cost will be charged.

We participated in a 3-day tour with Gulet Cartagena at the Beginning of the Season of 2020, the staff were friendly, understanding and educated people who did not give a damn. We had some concerns about cleaning due to the pandemic period, but when we went to the boat, everywhere was sparkling, bed linens and sinks were clean. The cook prepared the menu we had planned beforehand in a complete and delicious way every day. Cabins were very stylish, spacious and exactly as they shared with us in the pictures. Thank you very much for your interest and concern. Reliable company, easy to communicate. Thank you with all our heart for giving us a nice few days during this pandemic period. Have a lot of work.
