MERMAID yacht is a sailing yacht that was built in 2009 and refurbished in 2015. After its last comprehensive renovation in 2017, it took its current form. The interior of the yacht was created by Milena Cvijanovich, with impressive luxury details and spacious living space. Flying the Maltese flag, MERMAID has a wide navigation area extending to Croatia, Greece and Turkish waters. The main port of the yacht is Bodrum. MERMAID gulet has a length of 33.71 meters and a width of 7.50 meters. It is equipped with 2 main engines of 450 horsepower each, 2 generators with a capacity of 50 kilowatts and a backup generator with a power of 22.5 kW. Modern and stylish furniture creates a harmonious atmosphere throughout the beautiful yacht. Guests can enjoy pleasant meals on the back deck, saloon or flybridge during their cruise. APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a prepayment system generally applied for luxury yachts and motor yachts. This payment is used to cover expenses during the tour and usually accounts for 30% of the total rental fee.
Why should you make the APA payment? Because the rental price of the yachts included in this category does not include the expenses related to the yacht. Before boarding the yacht and during the tour, all expenses such as diesel, petrol, port fees, taxes, customs fees, meals and beverages are covered by the captain. Before leaving the yacht at the end of the tour, an additional payment may be requested by the captain if the expenses incurred cannot be covered by the supply allowance. Likewise, in case of overpayment, the remaining balance will be refunded to the guests.

Terms and Conditions
We offer full board accommodation for your yacht charter. You can choose between standard, luxury or deluxe menus and pay between 55 and 85 euros per person per day. You can supply your alcoholic beverages or place an order with us. All services are provided by the boat staff. Most of the gulets are chartered WEEKLY from Saturday to Saturday, especially during the high season (June-July-August-September). Smaller and lower capacity gulets can be chartered for shorter periods. During the months of May and October, called the Low Season, rentals are available for any period. On Saturdays, boarding time is after 16.00, the following Saturday is the time of departure from the boat after 10:00. If you wish to use your right to cancel the reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply depending on the date interval between the confirmation of the rental agreement and its cancellation; a) For cancellations up to 90 days before the tour date, 20% of the tour cost will be deducted and the cancellation process will be made. b) In cancellations made 60 days before the tour date, 30% of the tour price is deducted and the cancellation process is made. The deposit received is non-refundable for cancellations made 30 days before the Tour Date. c) For cancellations made 14 days before the tour date, the full cost of the tour is requested.
